AVOW Appoints Melissa Bohlsen as New Chief Marketing Officer, Strengthening its Position as a Global Leader in Mobile OEM Advertising

This strategic move comes at a time when the digital advertising market in Indonesia, a key region for AVOW, is forecasted to grow by 17.35% from 2023 until 2028 adding 39.7 million users and reaching an impressive peak of 268.48 million by 2018.

AVOW has an impressive track record with five years of exponential year-on-year growth, solidifying its reputation as the industry’s driving force in educating and integrating mobile OEMs into the broader mobile marketing mix. Now, backed by a team of seasoned professionals, the company is primed to accelerate its mission through this new appointment.

In her new role, Melissa will take charge of nurturing AVOW’s global marketing team, and will also lead all Go-to-Market, communications, events, branding, digital, and  endeavors. The addition of her inimitable talent to the company’s C-suite is a pivotal moment for AVOW, cementing both its unwavering commitment to global expansion and excellence. Formerly the Vice President of Marketing at Adjust, the mobile attribution and analytics behemoth acquired by Applovin for a remarkable $1 billion, Melissa has a distinguished background. At Adjust, Melissa managed the global marketing operation, overseeing  a team of 50+ marketers working in pivotal regions including INSEA, Japan, USA and China. With this impressive experience, she is uniquely positioned to empower AVOW in fulfilling its ambition of revolutionizing the mobile OEM market.

Moreover, with a career spanning over 15 years, Melissa’s acumen in mobile marketing is also second to none. Prior to Adjust, she was instrumental in shaping marketing strategies at Boston Consulting Group’s Digital Ventures in Germany, and  was also the Global Marketing Director for Glispa, which was sold in a $100 million acquisition.
